Monastic cuisine is popular among many people because of its emphasis on healthy, low-fat, meat-free meals, good taste, and all-natural ingredients.
Our first cookbook has over 30 recipes that have been tried and tested in our kitchen.
It contains our typical daily specials, popular feast desserts such as Kulich and Easter Pascha, as well as Vegan and Lenten options.
