Payments and Refunds

The Catalogue of St. Elisabeth Convent is a not for profit charitable organization, where all the suggested donations go towards the social outreach projects of St. Elisabeth Convent with the sole purpose of payment listed as a donation. Refund of donations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. A formal request for a refund needs to be submitted via email at [email protected].

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Approximate processing time takes 7-10 working days. Orders are not processed, packed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number and the resource where you can follow the package. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

If the parcel is unclaimed more than 2 weeks it will be returned to the sender and you will have to reorganize delivery (will have additional shipping charge).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Catalog of St Elisabeth Convent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Catalog of St Elisabeth Convent is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Do not return the item if it arrives with minor defects in the packaging. The product will likely be unaffected. If your product is damaged during shipment and delivery, our promise still holds: we will repair or replace it at our expense.
