Payments and Refunds
The Catalogue of St. Elisabeth Convent is a not for profit charitable organization, where all the suggested donations go towards the social outreach projects of St. Elisabeth Convent with the sole purpose of payment listed as a donation. Refund of donations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. A formal request for a refund needs to be submitted via email at email@example.com.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Approximate delivery time takes 7-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*We offer Air Mail delivery as a standard shipping method.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may depend on the work of regional postal services.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number and the resource where you can follow the package. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
If the parcel is unclaimed more than 2 weeks it will be returned to the sender and you will have to reorganize delivery (will have additional shipping charge).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Catalog of St Elisabeth Convent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Catalog of St Elisabeth Convent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
