Reliquaries

This section contains reliquary boxes.

A workshop of St. Elisabeth Convent has been making Orthodox reliquaries to order since 2007. We make both unique and standardized items.

We use various techniques while making a reliquary or a shrine, e.g., gilding and silvering, incrustation with gemstones, filigree, electrotype, etching, and casting. Basic materials are brass, copper, and wood.

It takes two months or more to make reliquary boxes.

We also offer ready-made reliquaries made in Russia.
