Our semi-precious crushed stone inlay painting is inspired by ancient art techniques like Pietra Dura. A solid marble plate serves as the base for these pictures. Fine ground minerals and semi-precious stones of varying sizes are used as natural mineral pigments. The gemstone painting is meticulously created by gluing the powdered mineral pigment onto the marble base using a specialized, enduring binder.

Because we use natural gemstone painting techniques rather than artificial dyes, this crushed stone religious painting is naturally UV-resistant and lightfast. It is truly non-fading religious art.
