And yes I totally agree and comprehend with the general’s attire parable.I personally have so much love and respect toward Schema Monks and Nuns.
I will definitely convey this to my parish brethren whom had the idea to print this Analavos symbol on t-shirt.

Greetings! If I understand correctly, the question is whether it’s appropriate to print designs on a T-shirt similar to those on an Analavos. Figuratively speaking, it’s not fitting for a civilian to adorn a T-shirt with general’s epaulets and medal ribbons. For a general, it’s merely field attire. The symbols of the schema imply undertaking the challenges of the schema. It’s better to start with internal changes rather than external ones. I also read somewhere that even wearing a body cross visibly can be considered bad form; it’s more important to embody its values.

I had this question for a while,I found out that Analavos became a particular sacred symbol for the garment of Great Schema Monks/Nuns,is it appropriate to wear Analavos symbol as for printed on daily clothing for layman/are layman’s allowed to use it for t-shirts for example?
